(hereinafter referred as STECC), authorized national consulting certificate and ISO9001:2000 quality qualification, is specializing in petrochemical and chemical project management, including Engineering, Procurement Service, Construction Management and Warehouse Service.
STECC is founded in 2001 and was a sub-company of Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company (hereinafter referred as SNEC). On March 1, 2006, STECC was reconstructed. With the rich execution experience and the diligent pioneering spirit within the construction field, STECC has provided several project services for several petrochemical/chemical plants from SINOPEC and BlueStar Group.
